Ahmad Thomas stands on the verge of a career he has worked hard to achieve. The energetic linebacker has already built a reputation for being nimble, and perhaps most important, strategic. Ahmad Thomas has pushed himself past a seemingly constant string of adversities in his life to make it onto an NFL field. Ahead of his 2018 debut with the Indianapolis Colts, the media seemed awestruck by the young athlete. But it wasn’t his performance at training camp that had people talking; it was an exposé about Thomas’ life which revealed he had recently met his birth parents for the first time. 

The story of his emerging legend has helped people identify another one of Thomas’ many likable qualities – tenacity. His story also served as a catalyst for him the create the Thomas’ Heart Foundation, a nonprofit that helps people through their most trying times. Ahmad Thomas is an elite athlete whose talent and skill cannot be denied. But he is also a man who is as respected off the field as he is on the field for what he has already accomplished personally.

Ahmad Thomas has joined the 8 to 14 program to partner with companies like Contracts & Grants, LLC, a firm that provides government contracts support and business development consulting for large and small businesses. The firm has been responsible for more than $12.2 billion in contract and grant negotiations and awards.
